We offer different services so depending 
on your needs, one or the other will fit you.
Our star service is Turnkey, 
an integral accompaniment from the concept 
to the delivery.
Other services such as Custom Design, 
Project Management or Construction work 
for those who want a specific area
since they have the rest resolved.

How is the work process?
Our process consists of several phases
which we will set the pace so
that you only have to make decisions
at specific moments and you can enjoy
seeing your house transform.
There is always an initial meeting 
where theneeds plan is made clear,
the characteristics of the dwelling, 
deadlines, etc.

After the first meeting, 
a preliminary project is presented,
some sketches where the concept 
and intention are explained.
If you decide to continue
with us, a % of the project will be paid
so that we can advance in details and keep
perfecting the proposal.
Once the project is approved after
several meetings, we propose 
the measurements
and we square the budget.

When both the project and the budget
are approved, only the start 
of the work is left to be arranged.
From day 0 of the work,
visits will be established to see the process
and make decisions.

We prepare a customized budget

How do you calculateyour fees?
Depending on the project, 
we work with a rate per m², percentage 
on the construction cost,
or a closed price for a package 
of services.

Does the price
include construction supervision?
Generally yes, but it depends 
on the scope of the project.
We detail it clearly in the proposal.

Yes. We design solutions 
that optimize the investment and prioritize
